The fine print
Customs, duties & taxes.
Orders shipped outside the country of dispatch may be subject to import duties, VAT or customs fees on arrival, set by your local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the price you pay at checkout. We always declare parcels accurately and at the price paid.
For UK & EU customers: most orders under €150 / £135 clear without additional duty. For larger orders we recommend Express, which clears customs faster.

Lost or delayed

If your parcel hasn't moved for 7+ days or arrives 3+ days late, contact us — we'll open a carrier investigation and ship a free replacement if needed.
