Method
How to measure.
- 01
Chest
Wrap a soft tape around the fullest part of your chest, under your armpits. Keep the tape level and snug — not tight.
- 02
Length
Measure from the highest point of the shoulder (next to the neck) straight down to where you want the jersey to end (around mid-hip).
- 03
Height
Stand against a wall in bare feet. Mark the top of your head and measure from the floor to the mark.
- 04
Weight
Use your current weight, not a goal weight. Morning weigh-ins (after the bathroom, before food) are the most consistent.
